Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric TYC751D3-VVT2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuzypro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fusion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuzypro such as the N4400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GC0005376291532 manufactured by Fusion and we are pleased to be able to service most Fusion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14CF32AC81 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Furnas Brand 16HF35AG81 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as 14CP32BE equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FA022 made by Fuji-Electric as well as the popular FS50044 original spares produced by Futec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14HF32AA by Furnas and 14CP32BE spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 316LP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fujikin.
